Black Sheep Coffee are ready to take down big corporate brands and rid the world of boring, average tasting coffee.We are seeking unique, enthusiastic Barista’s with a background in fast-paced customer service roles who are ready to hit the ground running with our dynamic and progressive company. What You’ll Do· Make amazing coffee and products - dial in the perfect espresso, pour eye-catching latte art, and serve quality food and drinks every time.· Deliver unforgettable customer service - provide a friendly, genuine customer experience that keeps guests coming back.· Thrive in a fast-paced environment - work with speed and efficiency during peak periods while maintaining quality and accuracy.· Be a true team player - Support ad hoc tasks assigned by Manager on Duty, help train new baristas and communicate clearly and calmly during every shift.· Take pride in the details - maintain a clean, safe workspace and represent the brand with positivity and professionalism. Complete daily and shift-based cleaning, food prep, compliance checklists. <h3> </h3>What We&#39;re Looking For· A positive attitude and strong communication skills· Ability to multitask and stay focused in a fast-paced environment· Previous coffee or food service experience is a plus, but not required· Flexible availability, including some early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Schedule is published 2 weeks in advance. Because this role is based in an airport location, applicants must be aged 18 or over and have a minimum of six months’ right to work in the UK. Please note that all offers are subject to background and reference checks covering the past five years, including a basic DBS check.
