Your role will include, but is not limited to...

Complete hands-on training to master espresso extraction, latte art, and preparation of high-quality beverages.
Develop knowledge of coffee beans, blends, and food offerings to answer customer inquiries with confidence.
Support experienced Baristas in preparing beverages and food items to standard specifications.
Follow health, safety, and food hygiene standards to ensure compliance across the store.
Maintain a clean, organized workstation throughout shifts, including daily setup and close-down procedures.
Assist with stocking and replenishing supplies, as well as unpacking deliveries to support store operations.
Engage warmly with customers, offering prompt, attentive service to create a positive experience.
Help manage customer flow by taking orders, assisting at the till, and communicating wait times during peak periods.
Contribute to a friendly, team-oriented atmosphere, actively participating in a supportive work culture.

Qualifications:

Strong communication skills and ability to engage with customers in a friendly manner with a pleasing personality.
Capacity to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a high-energy, collaborative team.
Prior experience in a barista role in their home country, with a strong willingness to learn and adapt to the work environment in the UAE, freshers are encouraged to apply.
Proficiency in English
Knowledge of Arabic would be an advantage.
